My day job is teaching fitness; I coach correct and encourage the Canadian Forces Members at CFB Gagetown, to get their daily PT done.. With the gym closed our team at PSP, (Personal Support Programs) are doing virtual class. My coworker JP has built a coach-to -5 km, work up program, and I have created a running clinic, to aid you as you learn. My coworker Tony has graciously videoed the lesson, and I want to share it to my readers. Permission has been grated by all parties to share.
