Historic town of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. The town was once featured on the Canadian $100 bill. Home of the Blue Nose sailing Schooner, a UNESCO world heritage site and so much more. I took a boat tour from the harbour dock to recapture that $100 dollar image. Me and the Captan are shown below

CA$1.00
And the Blue Nose is on the nickel though I can’t remember when I last used small change or any actual money.

No right handed but I because of jockey injuries, I have a lot of pain reaching across my body so I put my watch on my right wrist.

Wanted to learn what inspired you to recreate that image from the past? Is collecting such bills a past time? Is it the boat touring (tours in general) that is enjoyable? Where can one find out more information on why the image was changed?
Not knowing much about the town, will have to do some site surfing to find out more. Thanks, for sharing your trip.

I usually write a story with my pictures, however I’m off in NFLD and though I would post some photos I haven’t gotten to write about. More to follow

I only know the Bluenose in the sun because of a Stan Rogers song. Reckon it’d be cool to see in the flesh.
